Full results can be found at https://www.athletic.net/TrackAndField/meet/339401/results

We had so many compliments about the meet from the visiting teams. We couldn't have done it without all of the girls and parents' help! You all made such a difference in so many people's lives on Friday from  hurdle help  (special shout out to my hurdle helpers- you set such a high bar for years to come with your efficiency and toughness!), to block moving (sister power!), to running results to the press box and posting results, to being in charge of Coach Hartmann (thanks, Maddie!).

Practices

All practices will be after school from 2:45pm -5:00pm. Athletes should plan to meet outside for our team meeting. If the weather is not cooperating, look for a sign on the locker room door where to meet.

Weather

Spring can bring lots of variety in the weather. Please dress in layers which includes hats and gloves. Also, please bring your own water bottle to practice.

Meets

The weather brings with it some challenges at meets. We suggest investing in a good pair of black tights and a long sleeve white shirt to wear under your uniform. Also, athletes can wear 1/4" spikes at every outdoor meet. Please let me know if you need additional spikes.

Meet against Naperville North

The lineup for this meet will be available after practice on Monday.  The weather forecast is not looking favorable, so please check your email for the possibility of this meet being cancelled. However, if this meet is a go, we would love to have any parents help with field events, timing, and concessions. Please send me an email if you can help in this way.
